Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-11
This policy explains what personal data we handle when you use exposuremanagementfinder.com, why, and what you can do about it. It describes what the site actually does.
Who we are
Alegria Media and Consulting Ltd. ("we") publishes Exposure Management Finder at exposuremanagementfinder.com and is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us only through the contact form.
Using the site without giving personal data
The site has no user accounts, no payments and no comments. You can use the exposure finder and the comparison pages without telling us who you are. Your finder answers and your Facts in columns selection are kept only in the page address (the query string in the URL); they are not sent to us in a form and are not stored in cookies or browser storage.
What we collect
Contact form. When you send a message we receive your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message. For a copyright notice we also receive the work you identify, the address of the material on this site, your confirmation of the good-faith and accuracy statements, and your electronic signature.
Hosting logs. Our hosting provider automatically records technical data when pages are requested, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and investigate faults.
Browser storage. The site does not set cookies and does not use localStorage or sessionStorage. See the Cookie Policy.
Google Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). When your browser fetches them, your IP address and browser details reach Google.
We do not use analytics tools and we show no advertising.
Purposes and legal bases
Under the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR we rely on our legitimate interests to operate and secure the site and to read and answer messages you send. Where the law requires your consent for something, we ask for it and you can withdraw it at any time.
International transfers
We are based in Israel, which has an adequacy decision from the European Commission. Our providers may process data in other countries; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
We keep contact messages for as long as we need to handle them, and then delete them. Server logs are kept for a limited period set by our hosting provider.
Your rights
EU and UK. You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, withdraw consent, and complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
California. Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA you can ask to know what we hold, to delete it and to correct it, and to opt out of sale or sharing, which we do not do. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Israel. You have the rights given by the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, including reviewing information held about you and asking for it to be corrected or deleted.
To use any of these rights, send a message through the contact form with the topic "Privacy request".
Children
The site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site handles personal data, we will update this page and its "Last updated" date.
